Sounds like your training is still going well - you're doing loads better on the hills than I am, though my excuse is only just getting back to riding after a nasty accident.

Its a good excuse. Given you've been out for ages, you are doing well.
Cycling seems to have the same effect on me. I will never loose weight by cycling!
